Canada Post delivered it right to my door....
I could not believe such a small, tidy parcel
could contain the Tulips Rug....
I am so overwhelmed at the wonderful
workmanship you put into rugs.
Of course, I unfolded the Tulips Rug and put
it right under kitchen sinks where it lives.
And seeing the five yellow tulips sent me
immediately to look in the livingroom;
-- many years ago, I did a needlepoint picture
of my high school yearbook "ambition";
(my husband had it framed, under glass and a
mat, in recent years)
-- above the words, I showed three green
shamrocks for my Irish descent mother;
-- below the words, I showed five yellow
tulips for my Dutch-born father;
And both groups of five yellow tulips look the
same.
I wanted you to know, Carol, the parcel was
received safe and sound.

It arrived and it is wonderful! I love the colors
and how "shaggy" it is! The toddler unit made a claim to it right after I put it
on the floor so it should be interesting convincing him the "fuzzy bed" belongs

Just a note
to let you know I received my chair pads today and I am delighted!
They are just
what I hoped for and they look great in the kitchen. Thanks also for the pads.
So far they have worked great. I'll see if they pass the grandkids test. If
not, I'll fix them for tie-ons, but I really don't think that will be
necessary. This way also makes cleaning the wood much easier when I can just
lift them off.
And finally,
I love the hot pad (although it's much to pretty to be relegated to that
duty).

I picked up
the dish totes at the post office today...
The fit is
great. They fit the two dishes I gave you dimensions for just right. But
I've found an added bonus. The round one also can be used for the Corning 10"
quiche dish and another casserole dish that's more like a deep dish pie size
(9 1/2" x 3" deep). The material is so flexible that it sorta' shapes itself
to a range of sizes. I feel like I got 4 totes for the price of 2!
The black &
white design is just great. Thanks for making them.

Hi,
I saw your
rug on ebay and then went to your website. You make beautiful
rugs and
afghans!! My blind grandmother made knitted rag rugs and we always
had some of
them and some crocheted rugs like yours in our home. My mother
makes
beautiful afghans (I have several of hers). I have a collection of
crocheted and
knitted rag rugs. I also have a collection of old hooked
rugs. Mostly,
the rugs become anonymous when they leave the hands of the
maker or the
first owner. Because many of the rugs are very old, their
makers are
dead now. So it seems to me that the only way to say thank you
for all that
beauty in my life is to say it to those who are doing such
good work
now. So, thank you! You are making the world a nicer place by
adding useful
